Mr. R.K. Sinha, is the Chairman of NTC Ltd.

Mr. P.C.Vaish - Director

Mr. P.C.Vaish is Director (Finance). Mr. Vaish is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. A bright scholar and holder of all India ranks, both in CA Intermediate and Final, he has around 29 years professional experience which includes about 14 years on power sector. He has held important position in State Undertaking including Cooperative Sector. He has held additional charge of World Bank aided project in the State of UP. He was also appointed Director on two Joint Venture Companies of State of UP under private partnership projects, which he held till joining NHPC in 1998. Prior to joining National Textile Corporation Shri PC Vaish was holding the post of General Manager (Finance) in NHPC Ltd., a Schedule ‘A’ category Mini Ratna Company of Government of India.

Mr. Alokendra Banerjee

Mr.Alokendra Banerjee, is the Director(Marketing) of NTC Ltd.

Mr. Dilip B. Jiwrajka - Director

Mr. Dilip B. Jiwrajka is the Director of the Company. Mr. Jiwrajka did his schooling and college from Mumbai and subsequently his post-graduation in Business Entrepreneurship and Management. In the early 80s, he started the business of trading in textiles mainly for the readymade garment sector. Starting with a partnership firm, he gradually co-promoted Alok Industries Limited in 1986 along with his two brothers.

Mr. Surendra B. Jiwrajka - Director

Mr. Surendra B. Jiwrajka is the Director of the Company. Mr. Jiwrajka's schooling and college were completed in Mumbai. Immediately after his graduation, he joined the family partnership firm for trading in yarn and thereafter co-founded Alok Industries Limited in 1986 with his two brothers. Mr. Jiwrajka brings with him an invaluable experience of over 25 years in textiles.

Mr. S.B. Singh - DGM (MIS) NTC ltd.

Shri S.B Singh is working in NTC LTD since 1985 at different positions, is now responsible for MOU,Parliament,Costing and MIS reports. He is Bachelor of Science(Mathematics) ,AICWA from ICWAI of India, ACS from ICSI of India and CCOA from ICWAI of India. His total work experience is of 26 years at different offices.
